I love to have different salad dressings in my fridge to help make eating vegetables more interesting, and in greater importance, more delicious. This Curried Yogurt dressing is really easy to whip together and is super addictive. Great as a salad dressing (highly suggest you use it with the Crunchy Quinoa Curry Salad) or just as a dip for roasted vegetables.

Curry Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp sriracha or hot sauce of your choosing
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1/2 tbs maple syrup
- 2 tbs mayo
- 1 tbs water
Instructions
- In the bowl of a blender or food processor, blend together all ingredients until smooth. Serve as salad dressing or dip.
