5 Minute Blueberry Crisp

Ingredients:  

  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbs Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/3 cup Oats
  • 1/2 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1-2 tbs Water

Instructions: 

  • Add blueberries, corn starch, and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
  • In a second bowl mix together oats, protein powder, cinnamon, maple syrup, salt, olive oil, and water until you have a crumble mixture. Microwave for 1 minute.
  • Top with greek yogurt and more cinnamon.
