Toss the cauliflower, oil, and spices together into a bowl. Place them into an air fryer for 14 minutes at 400F.
While the cauliflower is cooking, combine the Greek yogurt, cilantro, salt, green onions, garlic clove, and the juice and zest of a lime into a blender and blend until smooth to make the herbed crema.
Assemble tacos and serve with pickled red onions. Enjoy!
