Carefully pull apart the pita bread to create pockets.
Stuff the seasoned beef mixture into the pita pockets. For a lighter option, use a thinner layer of beef; for a heartier meal, add more beef.
If you prefer, you can pan-fry the stuffed pitas or bake them to ensure the beef is fully cooked without burning the bread.
