maple glazed pecans (1 ½ cups pecans + 1 ½ tbs maple syrup toasted in pan and cooled)

Dressing

Dijon mustard

large garlic clove minced

lemon juiced and zested

apple cider vinegar

maple syrup or honey

Instructions:
Mix dressing ingredients together in a mason jar and set aside.
Toss salad ingredients together, pour dressing on top and enjoy!
