Start by ripping up your bread.Place a large frying pan over medium heat and add in a few tablespoons of olive oil. Once heated, add in the torn bread and let it fry until golden brown. Pop it out of the pan and let it drain on a few sheets of paper towel and season with a few pinches of kosher salt.
Into a large salad bowl, add chopped romaine, cooked bow tie pasta, crispy bacon, toasted croutons and shaved parm.
Into a bowl, add mayo, dijon, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, chopped capers, grated Parmesan. Mix and season with a pinch of kosher sauce.
Pour your sauce over the salad and toss well. Garnish your salad with more shaved Parmesan and black pepper.
