Caesar Pasta Salad

Ingredients:  

  • 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 3 cups Bow Tie Pasta cooked
  • 6 dtrips Bacon fried and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Bread torn
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Shaved Parmesan

For the Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Light Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Galic Cloves minced
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Capers chopped
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt

Instructions: 

  • Start by ripping up your bread.Place a large frying pan over medium heat and add in a few tablespoons of olive oil. Once heated, add in the torn bread and let it fry until golden brown. Pop it out of the pan and let it drain on a few sheets of paper towel and season with a few pinches of kosher salt.
  • Into a large salad bowl, add chopped romaine, cooked bow tie pasta, crispy bacon, toasted croutons and shaved parm.
  • Into a bowl, add mayo, dijon, garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, chopped capers, grated Parmesan. Mix and season with a pinch of kosher sauce.
  • Pour your sauce over the salad and toss well. Garnish your salad with more shaved Parmesan and black pepper.
