soft boiled eggs

pieces thick cut bacon

cup
chopped green onions
1/4
head of ice berg lettuce
1
cup
cherry tomatoes
1/2

cottage cheese
1/4
cup
light mayo

tbsp
dijon
1
tsp
black pepper
1
tsp
salt
Instructions:
Boil eggs for 8 minutes and cool completely.
Pile all of the ingredients onto a butcher block and chop.
Transfer to a bowl and season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
Serve on sourdough or lettuce cups.
