2tbspsmooth almond butter peanut butter works too!
1 1/2tbsprice wine vinegar
1lime, juiced
1tbstoasted sesame oil
Instructions:
Follow the package instructions and cook brown rice spaghetti. Once cooked, drain and run noodles under cold water. Toss with 1 tbs of sesame oil to avoid sticking and pour into large bowl.
Toss in the cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, snow peas, green onions, and sesame seeds.
In a bowl mix together the soy sauce, tahini, almond butter, rice wine vin, lime juice, and sesame oil. Stir until smooth and then pour over noodles.
Generously toss noodles to ensure they are totally coated. Store in the fridge until serving! Serve cold and enjoy!
