Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip with Buffalo Sauce

Ingredients:  

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt + pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives for garnish
  • Fresh veggies, pita chips, or nachos for dipping

Instructions: 

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Top with chopped chives and serve with veggies, pita chips, or nachos.
