Yogurt bark recipe in a lined 9x9 pan

Frozen Protein Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup Mini Eggs
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth.
  • Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture in an even layer, about ½ inch thick.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt base and swirl it with a spoon or toothpick.
  • Sprinkle Mini Eggs and crushed potato chips over top.
  • Place the pan in the freezer for 3–4 hours, or until the bark is very firm.
  • Once set, break or cut the bark into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
