Frozen Protein Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

Greek yogurt
1
scoop
vanilla protein powder
1/2
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/2
cup
Mini Eggs
1/2
cup
crushed potato chips
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth.
Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture in an even layer, about ½ inch thick.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt base and swirl it with a spoon or toothpick.
Sprinkle Mini Eggs and crushed potato chips over top.
Place the pan in the freezer for 3–4 hours, or until the bark is very firm.
Once set, break or cut the bark into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
