2New York strip steaks, cubed into bite-sized chunks

Garlic Butter
5clovesgarlic, minced
1/2cupparsley, finely chopped
1tspchilli flakes
1/2tsporegano
1/2cupbutter
Instructions:
Place cubed steak in a plastic ziplock bag. Add flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to evenly coat.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer. Let cook untouched for 5 minutes to develop a crust. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
While steak is cooking, melt butter in a small saucepan. Add minced garlic, parsley, chilli flakes, and oregano. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Pour garlic butter over steak bites, toss to coat, and serve immediately.
