Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Ingredients:  

For the Steak:

  • 2 New York strip steaks, cubed into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Garlic Butter

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup butter

Instructions: 

  • Place cubed steak in a plastic ziplock bag. Add flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to evenly coat.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer. Let cook untouched for 5 minutes to develop a crust. Flip and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  • While steak is cooking, melt butter in a small saucepan. Add minced garlic, parsley, chilli flakes, and oregano. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour garlic butter over steak bites, toss to coat, and serve immediately.
