In a baking dish or try marinate the chicken thighs with garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, greek yogurt, oregano, and salt. Mix with your hands and allow to marinate for 30 minutes or even overnight.
While chicken is marinating lets make the salad. In a bowl mix together tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, feta, oregano, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Toss and set in the fridge until ready to serve.
In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, garlic, and chopped herbs.
Cook the chicken on a bbq, or indoor grill for about 8-12 minutes. Once fully cooked it's time to dig in. Smear yogurt on bottom of plate or bowl, followed by the salad, and top with chicken. Enjoy!
