Ingredients:

cucumber

apples
2
stalks celery
1
cup
pineapple
1
inch
ginger
1
cup
mint

handfuls spinach
juice of 1 lime
1
litre
water or coconut water
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days in a mason jar. Juice may separate—just give it a shake before drinking.
