Green Juice- Fresh, Healthy and Delicious

Ingredients:  

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 apples
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 cup mint
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 litre water or coconut water

Instructions: 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days in a mason jar. Juice may separate—just give it a shake before drinking.
