Hailey Bieber Smoothie

Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 1 smoothie

Ingredients:  

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 dates
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tbs hylaronic acid optional
  • 1 tbs collegen powder optional
  • 1 tbs sea moss gel optional

For inside cup pre pour

  • 1 tbs vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbs strawberry sauce heat strawberries in mircowave for 30 seconds and mash with fork.

Instructions: 

  • In the bowl of a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Prior to pouring smoothie into cup, tilt the cup to the side and using a spoon drip the vanilla yogurt and strawberry sauce along the walls of the cup. Now pour the smoothie mixture in and enjoy!
