Place a large deep pan or pot over medium high heat. Add in 1 tsp olive oil followed by 5 chicken breasts. Pour over the 1 litre of stock and bring to a simmer. Cover and let simmer for 10-14 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Once chicken is cooked, chop or shred using two forks. Remove from cooking liquid and place into an oven safe dish.
Add in the greek yogurt, hot sauce, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and then broil for 2 minutes or until top is bubbly and slightly browned.
Enjoy warm as a dip or store in the fridge for meal prep!
