Ingredients:

rolled oats

milk (any kind)

Greek yogurt

maple syrup

tsp
cinnamon
1/4
cup
hemp hearts
1/2
cup
pumpkin seeds

tsp
vanilla
pinch of salt
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a large container and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
When ready to serve, scoop into bowls and top with fresh berries, bananas, kiwi, or your favorite toppings.
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
