High Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients:  

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 3 1/2 cups milk (any kind)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions: 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large container and mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  • When ready to serve, scoop into bowls and top with fresh berries, bananas, kiwi, or your favorite toppings.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
