In a food processor, blender, or using a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, feta, water, honey, pepper, salt, and lemon zest. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Spread the whipped feta onto a serving plate or bowl. Spoon the blistered tomatoes over the top, including any juices from the dish. Serve with crostini, crackers, or sliced baguette.
