Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:  

  • 1 large Garlic Clove minced
  • 1 Lemon juiced and zested
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Into a mason jar, add 1 large minced garlic clove, the juice and zest of 1 lemon, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp of honey, ¼ tsp chilli flakes, ⅓ cup olive oil and a pinch of salt. Shake well and keep stored in the fridge. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
