Into a mason jar, add 1 large minced garlic clove, the juice and zest of 1 lemon, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp of honey, ¼ tsp chilli flakes, ⅓ cup olive oil and a pinch of salt. Shake well and keep stored in the fridge. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
