No Bake Energy Balls

Servings 24 balls

Ingredients:  

  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup roasted cashews
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions: 

  • Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and mix using a wooden spoon. Once mixed, lightly wet your hands and roll into 24 golf ball sized balls. Store in an air tight container for 10 days. Enjoy and happy running :)
