Orange Pineapple Smoothie

Orange Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients:  

  • 1 large Oranges Skin and pith removed
  • 1 tbs Orange zest
  • 1 ripe Banana Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Frozen pineapple
  • 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Coconut water
  • 1 scoop Collagen Optional
  • 1 cup Ice

Instructions: 

  • Zest 1 tbs of orange and place in a blender.
  • With a sharp knife, remove the skin and pith of 2 oranges, discard and add the flesh to the blender.
  • Add in all other ingredients and blitz until ultra-smooth and creamy. If your smoothie is a little runny, add in more ice or frozen pineapple until it's nice and thick
