Orange Sesame Salmon

Ingredients:  

  • 1 fillet Salmon Skinned and boned
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbs Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 large Orange Juiced
  • 1 tbs Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add 1 large fillet's worth of cubed salmon. Next, add 1 minced clove of garlic, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, the juice of half an orange, 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp of maple syrup, 1 tsp of sesame seeds, and 1 tsp of salt and pepper. Mix well to fully coat each piece of salmon.
  • Place a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add a teaspoon of oil to the pan, and once heated, gently place your marinated salmon into the pan and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes.
