Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats

Ingredients:  

  • 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 2/3 cup Milk
  • 1 tbs Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp Natural Peanut Butter

Instructions: 

  • Into a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, maple syrup, milk, chia seeds, and oats. Give it a good mix to fully incorporate all ingredients.
  • Evenly distribute your oat mixture into small mason jars. Seal tight and let sit in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • In two separate bowls, melt about 1 1/2 teaspoons of chocolate and peanut butter (1 1/2 teaspoons of each per jar). Evenly spread your peanut butter on each jar, and then top it off with melted chocolate. Place back in the fridge to set up overnight.
