Ingredients:

sugar-free peanut butter powder + 2 tbsp
2
30g scoops vanilla protein powder
2/3
cup
unsweetened applesauce
1
tsp
sea salt
Melted dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter powder, protein powder, and unsweetened applesauce. Mix until a dough forms.
Roll the dough into small, bite-sized balls.
Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Roll each ball in the melted chocolate until fully coated.
Place the coated balls on a lined tray and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
Cool in the fridge until the chocolate sets.
