A wire rack with protein peanut butter balls. One of the balls has a bite taken out.

Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients:  

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar-free peanut butter powder + 2 tbsp
  • 2 30g scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Melted dark chocolate chips

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter powder, protein powder, and unsweetened applesauce. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into small, bite-sized balls.
  • Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler. Roll each ball in the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  • Place the coated balls on a lined tray and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
  • Cool in the fridge until the chocolate sets.
