Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies

Servings 6

Ingredients:  

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
  • Flaky salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, mix together mashed bananas, peanut butter, protein powder, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Using an ice cream scoop, portion out the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  • Press each cookie down with a spatula to form a cookie shape (they won’t spread on their own).
  • Place chocolate chunks on top of each cookie.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
