Ingredients:

ripe bananas, mashed
1
cup
natural peanut butter
1
cup
vanilla protein powder
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
Chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
Flaky salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix together mashed bananas, peanut butter, protein powder, and cinnamon until well combined.
Using an ice cream scoop, portion out the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
Press each cookie down with a spatula to form a cookie shape (they won’t spread on their own).
Place chocolate chunks on top of each cookie.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt before serving.
