School Safe Energy Bites

Ingredients:  

  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 3 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup smarties

Instructions: 

  • Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Using your hands form 18 golf ball sized balls. Store in air tight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
