Snicker Salad – Sweet, Salty & Packed with Protein

Servings 6

Ingredients:  

  • 8 green apples, cubed
  • 1 cup high-protein Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free caramel sauce (I used Rabeko sugar-free caramel sauce)

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed apples, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter. Stir until the apples are evenly coated.
  • Add in the peanuts and mini chocolate chips, mixing well to distribute everything.
  • Drizzle the sugar-free caramel sauce over the top and give it one last mix.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later. Enjoy!
