1/2cuptoasted pankoBrown in hot pan with 1 tbs olive oil.
1cupSmoked Salmon, Chopped
1tspwasabi
1tbsginger, grated
2tbskew pie mayoany mayo works fine
1tbssriracha
2tbssoy sauce
2tbsrice wine vinegar
Instructions:
In a bowl add cucumbers, green onions, toasted sesame seeds, toasted panko, and smoked salmon. Next add in wasabi, ginger, mayo, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar. Toss and serve cold!
