On a large cutting board, chop the lettuce, onion, tomato, pickle, banana peppers, meats, and cheese all together until finely diced.
In a bowl, mix the chopped ingredients with mayo, apple cider vinegar, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
Slice your sub roll in half and pile the chopped mixture onto the bottom half.
Close the sandwich, press down slightly to help everything stick together, and dig in!
