In a large bowl mix together olive oil, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and chilli.
Prep your veggies and toss them into the same bowl as the dressing. In go cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
Place a large pan over medium high heat and add in 1 tbs of olive oil. Place the frozen dumplings into the pan and allow to fry for 2 minutes. Add in 2-3 tablesspoons of water and cover the pan with a lid. Allow the dumplings to steam cook for 4-5 minutes.
Remove dumplings from pan and toss in the salad bowl. Toss everything together and enjoy! How fun is that one?!
