Sheet Pan Lasagna Recipe
Ingredients:
- 450 gram box lasagna noodles, broken into 2-inch pieces
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb Italian sausage
- 24 oz pasta sauce
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 8 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add the lasagna noodles (broken into 2- inch pieces) and cook until al dente (about 10 minutes.)
- Strain, toss with olive oil, transfer into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
