Let’s Breakdown the Ingredients!

Packed with a ton of nutritious ingredients. Here is what we are working on within this salad:

I love adding thinly sliced purple cabbage to my salads. It offers a great crunch and does not go soggy, and not to mention the colour is beautiful! The red onion has an astringent flavour I love. It allows you to scale up or down with the amount you use, but to me, it’s a must, but as always, do you.

We are not skipping the healthy ingredients in this recipe! The addition of the carrots, kale and broccoli add a ton of healthy nutrients to the salad. Also, all of these vegetables are sturdy, so they won’t go soggy in the fridge.

Cucumbers and orange wedges are a must in this recipe to add a lovely freshness to the overall dish. The orange adds a bit of sweetness, and the wedges give a burst of juice and balance well with all the other flavours.

An unexpected ingredient to this salad is dried instant noodles. Mr. Noodles gives this dish the extra crunch it needs!

To combine all of the ingredients together, my Ginger Miso Lime Salad Dressing gives it the kick this salad needs! It’s a great recipe you will have to try out!
