Made form just two ingredients and some seasoning, this protein packed flat bread is a fun recipe to make when you are looking to have a wrap, but also wanting to add additional protein to your meal.

How to make the viral cottage cheese flatbread?

Making this cottage cheese flatbread is super simple to do. All that is needed is a blender, 1 cup of cottage cheese, and 2 eggs. Drop the cottage cheese and eggs into the blender and then blend until smooth. From here you can pour the mixture onto a baking cheese that is lined with sprayed parchment paper. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes, remove from the oven and all it to fully cool. Allowing the flatbread to cool is a crucial piece. Do not skip!

You can easily use this cottage cheese flat bread into a high protein pizza! All you need to do is bake your cottage cheese mixture in the exact same way and then remove from oven after 30 minutes and top with your favourite pizza toppings. Pop your pizza back in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes and then you are done!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  • Into the bowl of a blender, add in 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 eggs, and seasoning. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and allow it to spread out. Bake in oven for 40 minutes and then allow to fully cool! This is a crucial step that can't be skipped or your wrap will fall apart!
