How to Make Jalapeno Popper Dip

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, jalapeños, and green chili. Make sure everything is well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  6. After baking, switch your oven to broil and let the dip broil for 2 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Ingredients:  

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese (tre stelle)
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 fresh jalapenos, deseeded & chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tbs onion powder
  • 1 can green chilli

Instructions: 

  • In a heat safe baking dish, mix together cream cheese, greek yogurt, 2/3's of the bacon, jalapenos, 2/3's of the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and green chillis. Top mixture with excess cheddar cheese, bacon, and. a few slices of fresh jalapenos.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 400F for 15 minutes. Finish under the broiler for 3 minutes. Serve with crackers, veggies, or pitas!
