Not your Grandma’s mustard pickles
Everyone loves Grandma’s mustard pickles. But we don’t always have the time to make and preserve an entire batch. Turns out you can make them fresh and on the fly. Super easy and incredibly tasty, just the way we like things.
Recipe

Not your Grandma’s mustard pickles…. but kinda.
Ingredients:
- 1 large English cucumber
- ½ cup yellow mustard
- 1 medium shallot
- 1 tsp white sugar
- 1 tbsp turmeric
Instructions:
- Slice cucumber into thin rounds.
- In a bowl combine mustard, chopped shallot, sugar, and turmeric. Add cucumber slices and mix until cucumber is fully dressed. Chill in the fridge.
