If you are a late night snacker like myself, you are going to want to whip up a batch of this high protein Strawberry Cottage cheese cookie dough. I have yet to make any snack that has cured or at least calmed my sweet tooth quite like these cottage cheese cookie doughs. Rich, creamy, great texture, and sweet but not too sweet. You definitely should add this to your list of must makes.

Making this Strawberry protein cookie dough is very simple. Start by blending cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and strawberries together. Once smooth pour into a bowl and add in almond flour, vanilla protein powder ( I like to use Quattro brand), vanilla waffer cookies, make diced strawberries, and a pinch fo salt. Mix until smooth and store in the fridge!

You can absolutely make cottage cheese cookie dough without protein powder if you like. Simply omit the protein powder and add the same amount of almond flour. This will result in the texture and flavour you are looking for. You may wish to add an extra teaspoon of vanilla extract as the protein powder would add some additional flavour.

I did the bro math on this recipe and it’s pretty amazing. Per cup of strawberry cottage cheese cookie dough there is roughly 63 grams of protein! Thats a big punch right there. I do generally find I will only have around 1/4 cup and be satisfied!
