Evenly slice your ripe bananas and place on a parchment lined sheet tray.
In the microwave melt 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter and evenly spread across the bananas.
In the microwave or over a double boiler melt 16oz of chocolate and spread ofter the entire tray. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Place in the fridge or freezer until for 30min or until the chocolate has firmed up.
