Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars
This holiday season is all about super easy baked goods that taste great and are packed with nutritious ingredients. These Banana peanut butter Chocolate bars are the best place to start. Packed with creamy ripe banana, crunchy peanut butter and the perfect snap of chocolate.

Picking the Ripest Bananas!
For a recipe like this Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars, where there’s few ingredients to hide behind, you’ll need the ripest, softest bananas you can find.
Finding seven ripe bananas is a task in and of itself. I think the best method is to purchase your ingredients early and wait until your bananas are fully ripe.
We don’t want this recipe to be ruined by underripe, green banana flavours!

Melting the chocolate.
Melting chocolate is an art; too fast or too hot, and you run the risk of splitting it.
Using a microwave is a great way to melt your chocolate, but I prefer to use the double boiler method.
What you’ll want to do is place a pot with a few inches of water over low heat- enough to make a bit of steam. Place a bowl on top of the pot and add in your chocolate. Warm water is a gentler way of melting the chocolate and keeping it warm while you’re working. Make sure to stir it around and watch your heat.
A proper metal bowl set is a great way to melt the perfect chocolate every time.

Other Flavours and Ingredients.
This recipe has a perfect framework to include so many more ingredients.
You may want more peanuts; add in a cup of extra nuts!
Perhaps you’ve been craving a bit of caramel; Swiel it on!
The chocolate can also change; white chocolate or creamy milk chocolate would be great alternatives.
