Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blitz until the mixture is fine.
Pass the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to strain. Use a spatula to press and push all the extra liquid through. (Make sure to Dave the pulp for a muffin recipe coming soon!)
Store the juice in a mason jar or airtight container in the fridge for 5–7 days.
