Coat the chicken in lime juice, lime zest, cilantro, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and olive oil. Sear in a hot pan for 4-5 minutes on each side
In a separate pan, sauté the black beans with olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, and cumin over low heat.
Cook the rice with water, salt, and olive oil. Once done, mix in fresh cilantro.
