Ingredients:

- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs

- 1 tsp cumin

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed

For the Rice
- 1 cup basmati rice

- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro
