Heat your grill to 350F-400F. Grill 4 ears of corn decently charred. Once cooked, cut the corn off the cob and place in a bowl.
Into the bowl add red pepper, onion, jalapeño, feta cheese, avocado, cilantro, and the juice on one lime.
In a smaller bowl mix together Greek yogurt, mayo, garlic, lime juice and zest, hot sauce, and salt.
Pour dressing over your mixed salad. Garnish with more crumbled cheese, and a handful of fresh cilantro.
