Preheat oven to 350 F and prepare a 9X9 brownie pan
In a bowl mix together apple sauce, oats, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, sweetener, oil, coffee, and oat milk. Mix and pour into prepared baking pan.
Place in the oven and cook for about 40-45 minutes, or until golden and firm to touch.
In a small bowl mix together cream cheese, yogurt, icing sugar, and vanilla.
Smear the icing on the top of the cooled oats and sprinkle top with cocoa powder
