Tzatziki

Prep Time 6 minutes

Ingredients:  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Cucumber Diced
  • 1 Lemon Zested and Juiced
  • 2 tbs Parsley Chopped
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove Minced
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully incorporated. Serve chilled right from the fridge.
