Pre heat oven to 350.
In large bowl, toss together diced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, chopped dates, stevia (or sugar), vanilla, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt. Mix together and pour into large baking dish.
No let's move onto the crumble! In the same bowl that the apples were in, add oats, cinnamon, protein powder, hemp seeds, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt.
Pour the oat mixture over the apples and spread evenly.
Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
