Ingredients:
- 1 28oz can Diced Tomato
- 1 Roma Tomato diced
- 1/2 White Onion diced
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Jalapeno seeded
- 2/3 cup Cilantro
- 1 Lime zested and juiced
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions:
- Into the bowl of a food processor add in 1 can of diced tomato, 1 diced roma tomato, ½ a diced white onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 seeded jalapeno, ⅔ cup of fresh cilantro, the juice and zest of 1 lime, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tsp of kosher salt, 1 tsp of black pepper and 1 tsp of garlic powder.
- Pulse your blender or food processor until chunky, and all ingredients are fully incorporated.
