Greek Salad Dip

Hi! I’m Andy

Welcome to my kitchen.
I hope to inspire you to grow as a home cook!

We are calling it now, this Greek Salad Dip is going to a classic party dip for years to come. So imagine a greek salad, delicious. Now picture some delicious tzatziki, also delicious. Now mix those two together and serve along side some pan fried greek pitas, SUPER DELICIOUS. I am telling you folks, this Greek Salad Dip is something to get excited about. Perfect for summer back yard bbq’s or Holiday hosting, you are 100% going to want to make this one. I first saw a version of this dip online from a fun creator named Shay Spence, be sure to give them a follow!

How to make Greek Salad Dip

All you are going to need to make this greek salad dip is a large bowl and a spoon. Start by adding in greek yogurt, followed by diced cucumber, diced cherry tomatoes, kalmata olives, chopped mint, red onion, feta, lemon zest and juice, pepper, and oregano. Mix together and adjust seasoning if needed. I highly suggest serving with the greek style pita that you light pan fry until golden brown.

Greek Yogurt dip

What I love about this dip is that it uses greek yogurt. If you have been following along for a while you know i am a massive fan of greek yogurt. I use it in everything. I love it because is is deliciously creamy, and packs a pretty serious punch protein wise. It’s great for your gut, and I just love the tang it brings to this dish. Also, most dips are always loaded with cream cheese or mayo, and while there is nothing wrong with that, sometimes I want a light dip!

How long with this Greek Salad Dip last in fridge

This greek salad dip is a wonderful dip to make in advance of a social even. I would suggest making this the night before to allow the flavours time to develop. If you did want to save some of this dip in the fridge, I suggest making sure it is covered and it will last for up to 7 days in the fridge, but I bet any money you will have eaten it by then!
