How to make this awesome jalapeno popper pasta salad

Cook the Pasta: Begin by cooking the spiral pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Prepare the Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, combine the light cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, light mayo, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and creamy. This is the heart of your jalapeno popper salad.

Add the Heat: Stir in the chopped pickled jalapeños, fresh jalapeño, and green onions or chives. Adjust the amount of jalapeños based on your heat preference. Remember, the more jalapeños, the spicier it gets!

Mix it All Together: Add the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl. Toss until everything is well coated with the creamy dressing. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste if needed.

Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together beautifully. Serve cold and enjoy!
