Nailing these Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Oats.
This is such an easy recipe; all you need is a mason jar and a few hours.
Into a mixing bowl, add your Greek yogurt, maple syrup, milk, chia seeds, and oats. Give it a good mix so everything gets evenly distributed, and you get the perfect bite every time.
Once it’s fully mixed, pop it into a mason jar, making sure to leave a few inches on the top for your peanut butter and chocolate.
The key here is time; you want those chia seeds and oats to absorb all of the liquids and become nice and creamy. I’ve found that 2-3 hours minimum or, of course, overnight is the perfect time.
The Perfect Topping for these Overnight Oats.
I think, out of all the candy bars, Peanut Butter Cups might be my top pick. Chocolate and peanut butter are just the best combo, so simple and so tasty.
To make topping off your jars easier, the best way is to melt both the chocolate and peanut butter separately. It’s going to let you easily pour them into the jars, perfectly capping off your new favorite breakfast treat.
You could use a double boiler for this step (That’s a metal or glass bowl on top of simmering water in a pot) or, a few seconds in the microwave will get it done just as well.
