- 1 tbs hylaronic acid optional
- 1 tbs collegen powder optional

For inside cup pre pour
- 1 tbs vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbs strawberry sauce heat strawberries in mircowave for 30 seconds and mash with fork.
Instructions:
- In the bowl of a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
